David Frazer Soutter

Born and raised in Birmingham and long time resident of Cirencester, Gloucestershire. David passed away peacefully at home on 25th April 2026, aged 88.
Very much loved, he will be greatly missed by wife Joyce, daughters Joanna and Lucy and all his family and many friends.
David spent almost 4 decades as a dentist in Cirencester and met many people through his sporting interests, in particular rugby, golf, squash and tennis.
The service will be held at Cheltenham Crematorium at 12pm on Monday, 1st June followed by a Celebration of Life at Cheltenham Tigers RFC. All funeral enquiries to Alexander Burn, 436 High Street, Cheltenham GL50 3JA.
